Borgos getting his money up? Woj checking into rehab? Retirement looming for a BDL member?
The MWII beta has officially ended, which means it is time to look forward to the upcoming BDL season. Many of the keystone pieces of the BDL put their nose to the virtual grindstone over the past weekend. The MWII beta was controversial to say the least. The board was able to catch up with .63 career Elimination/Death player, Dylan “Vic Vinegar” Borgos. Borgos was very fond of the beta, he was quoted as saying “This game is sick. I think this is my year”. He cites the lack of need to look at the mini-map as one of his favorite additions to the game. Vinegar also is fond of the sound-barrier breaking footsteps, and crouch walking becoming the beta. Commissioner Woj was indifferent in his emotions of the beta. Woj states that he enjoys the gunplay and smoothness of the game, but does not appreciate the removal of slide-canceling. He is hopeful that he may be able to finally kick the Juul this year, as he won’t have to be “cracked out of mind”. Denim Chicken was extremely fond of the beta, and hopes that this is the game that he can turn the league up-side down. Insider sources have been stating that one prominent member of the BDL has been contemplating retirement following completion of the beta. The player has requested that they remain anonymous, but states that they have been contacted by the BDL board and offered a seat on the board if they decide to raise their controller to the rafters. The storylines leading into the upcoming BDL series are becoming clear. Will this be the year of the Chicken? Can Vic Vinegar break .5 K/D? Can Mucho live up to his pre-season rank of #1?
